1. About these terms
Yolo Driving introduces Barbara Lo's driving coaching in Taiwan. These terms explain use of this website and the general information it presents. Specific lessons, courses, or digital purchases require their own confirmed arrangements with the relevant provider. Using the website or lesson finder does not itself create a paid booking.
2. Website and licensing guidance
Course descriptions, the animated practice route, and lesson-finder suggestions are general guidance. A recommendation is a starting point for a conversation, rather than an assessment of your legal eligibility, driving ability, or fitness to drive.
Driving-license requirements, foreign-license exchange rules, documents, fees, and test procedures can depend on your circumstances and may change. Confirm current requirements with the relevant Motor Vehicles Office or other authority before applying. Passing a test, obtaining a license, or completing training within a particular time is not guaranteed.
3. Enquiries and bookings
Contact Barbara on LINE at @yolotw to discuss availability and the service you need. A consultation or enquiry does not reserve a lesson or require a purchase.
Before you book or pay, confirm the service provider, lesson or course content, dates and location, transmission choice, total cost, included items, any separate third-party fees, payment arrangements, and the applicable cancellation and refund terms. Provide accurate information needed to check suitable arrangements and any licensing prerequisites.
Pages marked “Coming soon” are being prepared. Contact Barbara about current availability before assuming a service or digital product is ready to book or access.
4. Prices and lesson length
Prices on this website are shown in New Taiwan dollars (NT$). See the Pricing page for the current advertised options and confirm the complete price before payment.
The service called “Hourly Lessons” is priced at NT$2,000 per 50 minutes, rather than a 60-minute hour. Its advertised offer is buy 10 lessons, get 1 free. Each lesson, including the free lesson, lasts 50 minutes. Confirm the bundle arrangements with Barbara before purchase.
Any access arrangements for the Online Guide, including what is included and when it becomes available, must be confirmed before purchase. Changes to advertised information do not override a price or service already agreed for an existing booking.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact Barbara as soon as possible. The cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms disclosed and agreed for that booking apply, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
This website does not set a universal cancellation deadline or a blanket “no refunds” rule. Ask for the applicable terms before paying. If a lesson cannot proceed because of weather, safety, or another disruption, contact Barbara to confirm the available arrangements.
Any statutory cancellation or refund rights, including rights that may apply to a distance sale, remain available where the law provides them. A digital product is not automatically exempt from those rights simply because it is delivered online.
6. Learning and safety
Driving instruction and practice must comply with applicable licensing and road-safety requirements. Follow the instructor's safety directions and do not participate while impaired or otherwise unable to drive safely. Raise any concern that could affect safe participation before the lesson begins.
The Online Guide supports learning; it does not replace supervised practical instruction, official requirements, or a valid license. Progress depends on the learner's starting point, practice, and individual circumstances.
7. Website use and content
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person's information. Content is provided for personal information and learning; permission from the relevant owner is needed before reproducing or distributing protected material beyond what the law permits.
External websites, including LINE and government guidance pages, operate under their own terms. Temporary outages, outdated information, or errors may occur. Let Barbara know if something appears incorrect so it can be checked.

8. Your rights and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility or removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable Taiwan law governs services provided in Taiwan, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
